About Us
Our church sits on a primary artery from the Roanoke Valley into Western Bedford County. Beaverdam has ministered in this rapidly growing area for over 200 years and is one of 31 member churches of the Strawberry Baptist Association. We have grown from a rural family church to a bedroom community church as diverse as the Roanoke Valley.
Our newest building is a 300 seat auditorium built in 1988. We sit on 7 1/2 acres on Route 24 (Stewartsville Road) in the community of Chamblissburg. For a map, click here to go to Google Maps. If you have further questions, drop us a line at contact@beaverdambaptistchurch.org.
It is our goal to meet the practical and spiritual needs of the people of our area. We provide a caring fellowship, inspired worship, and discipleship training in serving Jesus and equipping people to live in a changing world.
